Cancellation Policy
We get it things happen, we ask that if possible to contact us 24 hours before your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within the 24 hour window and we are not able to fill the spot you will accrue a fee of 50% on all services booked. If you are a NO Show you will accrue a fee of 100% of all services booked. If you are running more than 15 min late we may have to reschedule your appointment. There is no guarantee we will be able to achieve all service(s) in the now reduced time frame. Deposits are nonrefundable and will be transferred to future appointments only
